Hello!  I’m Melissa and  I am the owner of Married to a Trucker.  My husband and I have been together for over 12 years and married for  9.   We have a beautiful 7 year old daughter.  When my husband began trucking, I searched the internet for resources for trucker wives and found very few results.  That’s where the seed of Married to a Trucker was planted.  I’m very active on an online message board and felt that the sisterhood of that site would be a great resource to a trucker’s wife.    Life has been hectic as I’m sure you all have experienced.  My husband is no longer over the road however is now working nights which brings on new and different challenges.

My goal for the site is to give fellow trucker wives tools to help get thru the tough times while your husbands are on the road, friendships from people who understand and support.
